Crafting quality software on the Front Range for over 15 years
At Boulder Labs, we love solving challenging problems. We excel at creating real-world solutions that don't break the bank. Whether the goal is a low-power embedded system or a highly-scalable, cloud-based infrastructure, we have the skills and the experience to get it done.
On a typical project, we will work closely with our customer to identify their needs and goals, and areas of high risk. We'll then work to reduce this risk and provide immediate value by developing a functional prototype. We leverage existing tools -- especially open-source software -- and follow the latest research, allowing us to build powerful pro-types quickly.

In 2002, our funky little Colorado grown brew-pub started stuffing our huge, voluminously hopped mutha of a pale ale in a can (Dale's Pale Ale). That not only began the craft-beer-in-a-can craze, but has grown to add a brewery to the hills of Pisgah National Forest in Brevard, NC and another in the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, TX, in 2016. Cans keep beer fresher, longer by eliminating the damaging effects of light and ingressed oxygen while being infinitely recyclable and portable...taking them where your next soul saving adventure takes you.
is the owner and Copper Kettle's head brewer. Jeremy has been a homebrewer with his wife Kristen for years and decided to uproot from Raleigh, NC and put his engineering and brewing experience to the test by opening Copper Kettle Brewing Company in 2011. Jeremy has his Ph.D from NC State in material science engineering and has found many similarities between his degree and brewing. Jeremy's favorite styles of beer are Belgians and Germans.

is the owner and office manager of Copper Kettle. Kristen is also a registered nurse for the Childrens Hospital Colorado where she works part time. Kristen is responsible for managing the operations of the business, along with wearing multiple hats around the brewery as needed. Kristen is also an experienced ballet dancer from her previous life. She'll never turn down a beer if it includes chilling out in her backyard with Jeremy and their dog Charlie. (Our regulars call her "K1").

is a brewer at Copper Kettle since 2014 and holds the title of "Master of the Firkin' Universe", with his crazy fun firkins he creates. Phil holds an Associate Degree in Brewing from Siebel Institute of Technology in addition to a degree in Biology. He has lived in California, Germany, and Chicago. He has two young kids and as a Colorado native, spends his free time cycling, snowboarding, and ... well, drinking beer!

Somewhere out in Colorado, in the year nineteen hundred and ninety-five, two guys named Dave and Bill learned that while they loved gulping down good beer, they weren't yet old enough to buy it. They figured an answer to their quandary would appear if they drank enough and listened to enough thinking music, also know as Ska. On the second Skaturday of Skaetember it hit them. If they brewed their own beer they'd have all the beer they could ever want. And while they were at it, why not brew the most magnificent suds ever quaffed in their neck of the woods…or any other neck for that matter.

Elsewhere in the world forces were conspiring to conglomerize and corporatize all of beerdom. Wheels were in motion to turn what was once an art mastered by those attracted to the science of handys, into a mechanized mire of swill so sullen it zombifies all who drink it. The black clouds of an evil empire were gathering with one singular, maniacal mission – take total control and destroy the craft of brewing forever. Little did our heroes know that it would be up to them to save us all and make the world safe for good tasty beer once more…

Special Thanks
